A freind said the line above and it instantly gave me insparation. in't that wonderfull?

Even If I told you how long this took me you wouldn't believe me. A long time, trust me.
Honestly, while drawing this I feared greatly for the life of my computer. Big pictures = bad idea.

Don't try it at home. XD

(Please, give as much critiscism as you can muster, I really tried hard on this one...)

mooh! that is amazing!!! I adore it!!!!! the wings have so much detail and the robe is just WOW. the concept is great to. my only critic would be the colors...the don't seem to quite match the mood...

Wings are evil! seriously! Never draw wings if you can help it... (But... you do like drawing wings, so i guess its not as terrible for you/XD)

Colours, eh?
Hum... I see. I was gonna make the overall colour scheme in the picture rather dark and gloomy, but i think i wanted the figure to stand out darkly against the brightness and (beauty?) of the clouds... or something?

Umm... you got any sugestions about it?

Oh wow.... I don't normally comment on non OP stuff, but this is just....wow. The feathers and shading are awesome and the background fog, just wow. The robe and hair I think are the most impressive things. Very well done. Awesome job.
